Facing challenges?
Feeling overwhelmed?
Finding things difficult?

Sometimes it's helpful to talk stuff through - things can start to make more sense when you’re able to share them.

I offer a warm non-judgemental space where you can feel confident you will be heard.

Welcome

About Me

I'm a qualified counsellor/therapist with many years of experience as a Samaritans listener, and in low-cost community mental health settings, bringing a warm down-to-earth approach to holding the therapeutic space.

I work with people experiencing issues including anxiety, depression, low mood, and social anxiety, who are going through upheavals and transitions, or experiencing the effects of past trauma.

A more detailed list is on the right, but you don't need to be able to define exactly what's wrong to know things could be better and think that counselling might help. When you feel you'd like to talk, I'm here to listen and support your exploration of new possibilities.

My particular flavour of Gestalt therapy is closely aligned with my interest in music, arts, performance, and creativity, supported by a regular breathwork and Chi Gung practice.
