Finding it difficult to get through the day?

Wondering what the point is?

Feeling overwhelmed?

Facing challenges.

Sometimes it's helpful to talk stuff through with a counsellor.  Things can start to make more sense when you’re able to share them.

I offer a warm non-judgemental space where you can feel confident you will be heard.

Welcome

About Me

With many years of experience as a Samaritans listener, as well as in low-cost community settings, I'm a qualified Gestalt/Humanistic therapist (BACP registered) who brings a warm down-to-earth approach to holding the therapeutic space.

I work with people experiencing issues including anxiety, depression, low mood, and social anxiety, who are going through upheavals and transitions or feeling generally stuck in life. A more detailed list is on the right but you don't need to be able to define exactly what's wrong to know things could be better and think  counselling might help. When you feel you'd like to talk I'm here to listen and support your creative exploration of new possibilities.

My particular flavour of Gestalt therapy is closely aligned with my interest in music, arts, performance, and expression, supported by a regular breathwork and Chi Gung practice.
